14 Ballad of Balance Tier 2 Ballad: A quick ballad that gives you a bonus to your Evade and harms your foe. Requires a recent Tier 1 ballad.

14 Chant of the Oathbreaker This chant summons an Oathbreaker Blade to harry your foe. When in War-speech, this chant is upgraded to Chorus of the Oathbreakers

16 Noble Cause  The next three Herald's Strikes you execute do extra damage and return part of that as Morale to your group. When you invoke this skill your reset timer of Herald's Strike is reset.

18 Song of the Dead  This song causes undead to freeze in fear.

18 Song of Restoration  A song that makes an allies' hearts glad again, removing some of the oppression of defeat.
18 Bolster Courage  Words of encouragement renew the Morale of a companion or yourself. This maneuver is larger but slower than Raise the Spirit.

20 Anthem of the Free Peoples Anthem: Increases morale regeneration in combat for you and your fellowship and generates less threat than direct healing. Requires a recent Tier 3 ballad and resets your ballad counter.

25 Evade: Rank 2  Adds 1% to Evade Chance

Level 26
26 Cry of the Chorus  This skill enables you to access every Ballad Tier and Anthem at once. It also breaks any silence effects on you.
26 Cure Fear Your inspirational spirit can dispel fear afflicting yourself or others.
Removes up to 1 Fear effect with maximum strength of 4 from the target.

27 Parry: Rank 3  Adds 1% to Parry Chance

28 Song of Soothing Can sooth the target and those near the target, so they will less likely to attack you.

29 Melee Critical: Rank 3  Adds 1% to Melee Critical Chance

30 Mentor: Clarinet You can instruct someone how to play the clarinet.
30 Mentor: Horn You can instruct someone how to play the horn.
30 Scribe Stance When you enter Scribe Stance, you change your mentor skills into Scribe Manual skills, allowing you to create manuals to teach instruments. Scribing manuals is much more taxing than teaching a person, requires a blank mentor manual, and will apply a 10 day cool down to all mentor skills.

30 Song of Aid  The minstrel inspires his fellows to heroic feats, opening up gated skills to most classes, and enables Lore-masters to use Beacon of Hope more frequently at a lower Morale cost.
30 Triumphant Spirit A desperate cry instantly renews the Morale of your fellowship, but draws a large amount of attention to yourself.

34 Call to the Second Age War-speech must be active to use this skill. Your rousing tales of the Second Age dishearten nearby foes and lighten the footsteps of your allies. 34 Light damage
34 Song of Distraction A song that can make your enemy become drowsy and not detect players until they are much closer than normal. This does not work against monsters already engaged in combat.

38 Still as Death  You are talented at feigning death, causing enemies to often ignore you.

39 Accuracy: Rank 4  Reduces Miss by a small amount 

Level 40
40 Anthem of Valor  Anthem: Call upon a song to blast your enemies with an area-of-effect of light. Requires a recent Tier 3 ballad and resets your ballad counter.

Level 42
42 Lay of the Hammerhand  This lay enables you to take damage from your Power instead of Morale when toggled. The name comes from the addage that those who know this lay were said to have been able to take a blow from Helm Hammerhand himself.
Every point of damage done to morale or health is transformed into 0.5 points of damage to power.

48 Gift of the Hammerhand You have mastered Lay of the Hammerhand well enough to bestow a lesser benefit upon an ally.
Every point of common damage done to Morale or health is transformed into 2 points of damage to power.

Level 50
50 Call to Greatness You call out to your fellow, inspiring him to greatness.
50 Irresistible melody You perform a melody so irresistible that all Free Peoples who hear it cannot help but dance.
