Here is a important tip from Fenestrate on duplicating Testlive:

When asked where to install TestLive, do not install it in Program Files (x86). Let it have it's own directory. Something like C:\AoC-TL. It doesn't matter what the directory name is, just that it isn't in the Program Files directory.

Why? I've found this with a few programs. A program needs admin rights to create/modify files in the Program Files directory unless it's been installed using Vista/Windows installer. The duplicator doesn't use the installer, it just copies. By moving TestLive into it's own directory, it no longer needs admin rights. It will still use the same directory to store config files and the like, i.e.

\Users\<Windows Account Name>\AppData\Local\Funcom\Conan\Prefs
