Edit: Poczytałem dziś world chat, wygląda na to że Turbinki zamierzają wprowadzić zmiany w systemie reputacji, mianowicie dodać ograniczenie levelowe do itemów typu: cardolan trinkets (700 bree rep), elvish relics (700 rivendell) itp, czyli żeby użyć itemu który daje reputacje do bree postać będzie musiał być na powiedzmy 30 lvl, do rivendell na 40 lvl, itemy z shire - 30 lvl i tak dalej...w sumie nie wiem co o tym myśleć, zmiana ma pewnie ukrócić masowe farmienie tysięcy TPków, jak zwykle jednak super kompetentni pracownicy turbin zepsuli niespodziankę, prawdopodobnie zostanie to wprowadzone po świętach, może po nowym roku. Rada: pozbyć się rep itemków jeśli ktoś jakieś posiada, sprzedać, zjeść altami póki można, będą bezwartościowe.

No to było właśnie info o ograniczeniu levelowym rep itemków Była tam tabelka, ktore itemki od którego levelu można będzie użyć. Jakiś pracownik najwyraźniej wyszedł przed szereg

Hi all!
I am so glad to hear the mostly positive reception to the things we have outlined for the year so far. I wanted to hop on here and address a couple of points of confusion/ requests for clarity on a few items.
Vagueness: Yes, we dont give a lot of detail in the Producer's letter for the year. This is because many of these things are still in design and thus subject to change or are simply ideas that will not be fleshed out for months to come. We will be putting feedback posts and more detailed threads on the specific features as they solidify and can be focused on for feedback individually. This letter is intended as an overview.
Group Instances in Osgiliath: We are specifically referring to a cluster of instance content for 3 & 6 man fellowships that is neither a Big Battle or a Raid. We evaluate the type of content we build with each region for what is appropriate and feasible. So we might do a raid again some day, but Osgiliath is not the time to do it.
Osgiliath PvMP map: This will be a different "layer" to the map. This way players will be able to explore Osgiliath in PvE mode in Update 16 and the goal is to then also provide a PvMP version shortly thereafter (not on the same release date).
Music: We currently have our sound engineers looking into the issues with the newer version of the music system that we pulled out late last year. Our hopes is that we can have it fixed with or next update, but I am still awaiting implementation and testing of the fixes to see if they are affective. Once we have it in we will of course be placing it on Bullroarer so we can get feedback before it is released. More info once I have it.
EU Servers: This will simply be a move of the physical servers to Amsterdam. The service will still remain in the hands of Turbine, so we will all still have the same downtime, updates, etc in sync with one another. Better location and newer hardware should result in better performance all around.
Server Populations: We are still working through the details, but part of our efforts here are to make the transition as seamless as possible for Kinship leaders to keep the players together. The idea is to bring you together, not spread further apart. This effort also includes upgraded hardware and a move to a better location for internet traffic for the US servers. This is a large and complicated process which I am fully focused on. More details on this in the coming weeks as more of the timelines and tech solidify.
-Vyvyanne Level Cap increases: Not in the cards for this year
Group & Solo content: Both of these styles of play are very important to the development team, so there is never an intention to only do one for the foreseeable future. In fact, just the opposite. We are constantly trying to balance the availability of play for all styles of adventure. Just because one update has group content in it, does not mean that it will not also have content that is solo-able or that the next update wont fit that bill. I personally, due to the random times I have to jump in and out of game, tend to be a solo player, so I would hate to see that option go away.
Minas Tirith: will not be an expansion. It will be another large regional update slated for the second half of the year.

The Eyes and Guard Tavern is now open! Please note you will also not be able to advance class and race traits for Beornings at this time.
Important Note: Given the scope of this update please be aware that the build you are seeing here is a work in progress and is by no means the finished Update 15.2 product. There are many items that are not yet complete or added into what you are seeing. There may also be items missing from this initial list, this is not intentional and will be added as we progress.
You can use Character Copy to bring over an existing character from the Live servers.
Beornings
General: Skin-change, Mark of Beorn and Grimbeorn, and Nature’s Bond will now persist through crowd control effects. While a bear, a Beorning has twice the melee range. New Skill: Bear Up Out of combat resurrection skill, unlocked at level 36.
Vicious Claw is now useable in both forms, instead of just in the form of a bear. Relentless Maul provides immunity to Crowd Control effects while it is active. Sacrifice’s duration increased to 20 seconds, up from 12 seconds. Bee Swarm unlocks at level 14, down from level 28. Rush unlocks at 24, down from level 36. Rush’s sprint duration is now 12 seconds, up from 8 seconds. Bear form now has a passive 10% Critical Defence while active. Reduced all tiers of Thrash’s damage by roughly 25%. When Beornings shapeshift, their main and ctrl quickslot bars now switch. You can turn off this behavior via an option on the "Quickslots" tab of the Options panel. Beorning Bear Form skills now shortcut to the "Ctrl" bar by default when they are acquired. Beorning heals should now be properly increased by out-going healing and Tactical Mastery. New Beornings who use the Gift of the Valar will now be able to speak with Rathwald outside the Walls of Moria. Accept the quest 'Beorning: The Sudden Arrival' and talk to Hundi at Echad Dunann to obtain your milestone skill (if you never got it outside of Archet).
The Claw: Bash: Increased Damage of skill and bleed by roughly 10%. Animation has been sped up some.
[BR Only] Execute’s Damage is being re-balanced. The intent is to reduce the spike while making a full wrath consumption feel worthwhile. Expose’s buff now last for 15 seconds, up from 8 seconds. Serrated Edge: Increased the damage of bleed by roughly 20 – 30%. Removed the additional animation swing. New Rank: Bleed damage is now dealt over 6 seconds instead of 12 seconds.
Bleed Damage: Move the bleed potency into the implement rather than the add progression. This will help the bleed scale better with your weapon rather than petering out at higher levels.
Turn The Tides: Increase the damage by roughly 30%.
Moment of Opportunity: No longer can proc on auto-attacks The free Execute hits at a reduced damage of what a full Wrath Execute hits at.
Debilitating Bees: Trait moved from red tree and swapped with Crippling Stings in yellow tree.
New Trait: Broad Thrash Thrash - Tier 3 now hits up to 5 enemies in front of the Beorning.
The Roar Nature’s Bond no longer requires facing. Takedown: Knockdown duration increased to 5 seconds, up from 2.2 seconds. Cooldown increased to 30 seconds, up from 20 seconds.
Encouraging Strikes: Healing buff now lasts for 20 seconds, up from 8 seconds.
Raging Blow: Damage buff now lasts for 12 seconds, up from 5s.
Desperate Shouts and Stampede Switch location in tree. (Tier 2 to Tier 3 swap)
Crippling Stings Trait moved from yellow tree and swapped with Debilitating Bees in red.
Imposing Presence Each rank adds 1 second to the grace period of the Fear.
Quick Mend – New Rank Nature’s Mend can now be inducted on the move.
New Trait: In The Face Of Bear up can now be casted in combat.
The Hide [BR Only] Passively adding a little bit of threat to all hide skills. Guarded buff now tiers down instead of dispelling if duration runs out. Vigilant Roar Reflects a minor amount of threat in addition to damage. Reduce potency of reflect to 15%, down from 30%.
Sluggish Stings Reduces the attack duration of the target in addition to induction speed. New Rank: +10% additional induction and attack duration debuff potency.
New Trait: Thunderous Roar Vigilant Roar now taunts all enemies within 10m of the Beorning.
Pelargir
In Fellowship Retaking Pelargir, increased the time to earn platinum for Epic Foes Ugturu and Thisarti by a little bit In Retaking Pelargir, there are now prompts to lead the party forward if you just stand around for too long In Retaking Pelargir, there are now announcements of the arrival and defeat of Kisung Teng and Zagaroth, the non-secondary-quest Epic Foes In Retaking Pelargir, some typos, text errors, and audio that wasn't playing have been fixed Retaking Pelarigr map notes are now correctly colored for secondary quests, and never overlap other secondaries – Retaking Pelargir- When enemies clear out as Aragorn arrives at the end should be cleaner and timelier than it had been Epic Battle promotion point cap raised from 216 to 236. Retaking Pelargir - the failure / incomplete notice for Ship-Slaves will now only appear when it should
Music NOTE: In this build the ABC playback feature does not work so notes will need to be played manually. This should be corrected in the next build.
The updates to the music system have once again been put into the game. Instruments have had their notes updated, cleaned up, retuned, and volume re-leveled to be consistent. Please let us know what you think.
New Roving Threats

Coś o nowej farmie: Overview: There have been new Roving Threats added to West Gondor, Angmar, the Misty Mountains, and Forochel, in addition to the ones we had in Central Gondor from U15. There are now quests in each region's associated hub (listed below). All of the quests outside of Central Gondor are fellowship or small-fellowship, granting the new bound currency "Gift Giver's Brand" as a reward for their completion.
Brand Acquisition: You get 1 Gift Giver's Brand for small-fellowship quests, and 3 for fellowship quests.
Below is a list of the available Brand-giving quests so-far.
Central Gondor (Ethring, Linhir, Ost Anglebed) has 9 quests total; 4 fellowship quests and 5 small-fellowship ones. Each of these give only 1 Brands, awarding a total of 9 daily. West Gondor (Dol Amroth) has 5 quests total; 3 fellowship quests and 2 small-fellowship ones, awarding a total of 11 Brands daily. Angmar (Aughaire) has 5 quests total; 2 fellowship quests and 3 small-fellowship ones, awarding a total of 9 Brands daily. Misty Mountains (Gloin's Camp) has 4 quests total; 2 fellowship quests and 2 small-fellowship ones, awarding a total of 8 Brands daily. Forochel (Suri Kyla) has 4 quests total; 2 fellowship quests and 2 small-fellowship ones, awarding a total of 8 Brands daily.
Therefore, it is possible to get 45 Gift Giver's Brands per day.
You can also get 10 Brands from the deed completion of a region's Roving Threats (at least Central Gondor's). You can also get 5 Brands from the deed completion of Angmar's (and assuming this, but the other 2 Eriador regions with Roving Threats) new chest-finding/exploration deed "Treasure of Angmar" (similar to those deeds in Central and Western Gondor, although the Gondor ones currently don't grant these Brands). Apparantly, there is a chance to get Brands simply by killing the quest targets, with or without the quest.
Rewards: You can trade the Brands in where you get the quests from for all but Central Gondor. In Central Gondor, they are usually located near the Rep Barterers.
3 teal 2-socket pocket items, with each class type's primary stat, along with vitality. Each costs 200 Gift Giver's Brands. 7 Tapestries for Housing (large wall). Each costs 50 Gift Giver's Brands. The "Pond Frog" cosmetic pet. It costs 30 Gift Giver's Brands. New FA weapon LI's. Each costs 200 Gift Giver's Brands.

I niespodzianka: The Epic bosses in the six-man version of the Pelargir Epic Battle have received an inadvertent buff to their stats and it may be quite impossible to get Platinum status at this time.

Jak to jest z tymi questami na roving threats? Zrobiłam questa na DA, dostałam 5 czy 6 nowych roving threats tam i ok. Pojechałam do foro i znalazłam bartera (i od razu quest givera) i nie mogłam wziąć żadnych questów, bo npc ich dla mnie nie miał. Trzeba robic jakiś prequest do nich dla każdej krainy czy jak?

Mi jak wchodziłam do krainy to wpadał quest, który musiałam oddać u tego gościa który dawał resztę questów.
