A Vanarch is able to set up the following policies on his territory :
* Deactivating his region for PvP (only in Northern & Southern Shara)
* Establish a tax rate for the general goods store, the crystal store, the learning skill fee, the Pegasus fee and the teleport fee. The tax rate can be set between 1% and 15%.
* Activate the following NPCs
# Speciality store vendor
# Tactic instructor
# Magic instructor
# Noble cleric of restoration (which provide a movement speed buff as well as restoring the stamina)
# Trade broker
Make global announcements on his region through the /Vanarch command
Policy points
Power comes at a cost. In order to rule your province, you will need policy points to change the rules of your region. You can obtain policy points through the following methods:
* A newly elected Vanarch will obtain 1000 policy points when winning an election.
* 5 policy points will be awarded to the Vanarch each time his guild obtains a recommendation from other players.
* Policy points can also be obtained from various guild quests which are only available for the Vanarch’s guild members.
You can find the various costs for each policy below:
Deactivate PvP : 200 points
Activate speciality store vendor : 1500 points
Activate tactic instructor: 500 points
Activate magic instructor: 500 points
Activate noble cleric of restoration: 500 points
Activate trade broker: 500 points
