Myślę, że to powinno zainteresować wiele osób, wygrzebałem właśnie na oficjalnym forum (informacja oficjalna):
http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?t=295164&page=13Legacies on existing legendary items won’t be removed even if that legacy no longer appears on new legendary items. When you log in to Siege of Mirkwood your legendary items will still have all the same legacies that they have on Live today.
The new item advancement scrolls are available through the Instance barter system and the new Skirmish system.
Legacy Exchange scrolls replace a legacy on your legendary item with the legacy that is on the scroll. So for example a Captain has a Healing Threat reduction legacy on his emblem that he hates. He could acquire a Might legacy exchange scroll and use it to replace that legacy with a new legacy that starts at +10 Might and can be increased just like any other legacy. At launch of Siege of Mirkwood the only legacy exchange scrolls readily available will have Statistics legacies. We have the capability to put any legacy on these Exchange scrolls but we are starting off cautiously for balance reasons and to hold back something for rewards in later books.
Upgrade reforges no longer give a new legacy if all current legacies are Tier 6. The upgrade is lost. This will only happen in the new system if the player expends multiple legacy upgrade scrolls on a legendary item.
What legacies are in Pool A and Pool B are set for each class. There is no player choice involved. Player Feedback was the number one source in deciding which pool specific legacies would be in.
Cooks make a fantastic meal for the Relic Master and he gives you a Greater Relic. At least that’s what the quest looked like the last time I saw it. All professions can make each of the Greater Crafted Relics so you can choose the one most appropriate to your class. The lesser relics are profession specific but you can buy the one you want from the appropriate craftsman.
The amount of Legendary Points awarded per item level is dependent on the Age of the Legendary Item. First Age items get the most, Second Ageitems fewer and Third Age items the least. The total number of legendary points awarded is approximately the same as the current numbers on Live in spite of the difference in maximum levels.
A quick rundown of the changes to Champion legacies.
The primary reasoning behind this change is to lessen the stance dependency of Champion weapons. Requiring separate weapons with a specific set of stance based legacies for each stance was seen as a “Bad Thing”.
· All three stance based +damage legacies are removed.
· Most single target damage skills gain a skill specific +damage legacy (up to +20%).
· Other Ardour and Glory legacies are combined to affect both stances.
· Added several new legacies that will increase overall dps like Battle Frenzy Cooldown and increased Critical Magnitude.
